Règlement 2012

First step : send your
application before
November 19, 2011

The candidate has to constitute a file including:

- the registration form (to be downloaded below) completed (better by computer), printed and signed

- a CD (or DVD) readable under Windows, containing following:
- the registration form (Word)
- A serie from 10 to 20 pictures (format jpg - A4 - 300 dpi -colorimetric space RVB - with the defined naming convention)
- a short description of your photographic route
- a short description of the serie

- settle the registration fees: 45 € (Bank transfer, PayPal) for one serie / 70 € for two series

- the closing date is set to November 19, 2011

Pay your fees with PayPal

If you have been selected:
prepare the exhibition

Each selected photographer will receive "the exhibition guide" to explaining in details the next steps.
The main activity will be to prepare the prints.

For those who will not set up their photos themselves:
- Pack the pictures in an adapted, strong and packaging (reusable for the return)
- Post the parcel in so that the date of reception is respected: latest december 23, 2011

A catalog

A catalog, with all the authors exposed as well as the partners, will be edited electrically.
